Nobody smelled that???

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The remains of two people were found badly decomposed inside an 18-wheeler in northwest Houston overnight. Officials said they looked "almost like mummies."

Firefighters had to use a ladder truck to get inside the 18-wheeler to get to the bodies, Houston police said.

  1. No one cared how the decaying stiffs smelled because after a while when the body fat disintegrates the stink begins to smell like Old Spice. Funny how mother nature works

    3. Have a buddy who was in the NG and tasked with the clean up of all the dead bloated bodies in Jonestown. He said they soaked bandanas in Old Spice to deal with it. He smelling Old Spice now makes him automatically gag.

    2. They were in a trailer full of loose used clothes, maybe near the front. To keep from pulling the whole load, they went over the top of the load or through the roof of the trailer would be my guess.

When it said "18 wheeler" I assumed they were in the sleeper until I read the whole article.

    3. Trailer was full to the roof with clothing, homeless had cut a hole in the roof for access.

  5. It amuses me how the police report reads sometimes... I've seen homeless camps and hobo holes, there's no doubt that someone is living there but " Police said there were other clues that showed the people may have been homeless and living in the truck ", no shit Sherlock..
