  2. Dude was not handcuffed. He was resisting.

I'm not saying what the cop did was right, but he did not punch a handcuffed detainee.

    1. One hand was in cuffs, both hands were under control and there was no resisting. Was just a pampered, overpaid snowflake with a badge punching someone because he thought he could get away with it.

    2. Totally agree. He should NOT have punched the guy - that's what Tasers are for. The taxpayers provided them for police use plus the officer could have hurt his hand using it like that. Broken bones would put him on sick leave at taxpayer expense for at least six weeks.

    3. I referred this punch to Google AI for translation into English:

"Don't try to turn on me when I'm cuffing you, you big squirming tub of shit."

      Decision: JUSTIFIED

    4. Chris Mallory He WAS resisting. "Not cooperating" is resisting. And, had the cop Tasered him he would have also zapped the other officer. All the dipshit had to do was relax and let it happen.

  4. I’d much rather be punched than tazed. I’ve certainly survived many, many punches. Scars to prove it
