Well, it sounded like a good plan

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - An inmate broke out of a transport van while in traffic on I-40 Thursday afternoon. 

The incident began around 12:30 p.m.

    I bet there's some lawyers right now trying to figure out how to sue the state on Elijah's behalf.

    The driver that hit him left the scene. My guess is they won't be looking too hard for that guy.

      That's what makes it so Memphis.
      BTW, I-40 and Thomas, he was pretty much in his neighborhood.
