Less than two months after kidnapping a woman, a fugitive has done it again, say police in the Columbus, Ohio, area. Quinntel Maurice Bagley, 38, who fled from cops in mid-June, allegedly reemerged to abduct the same person as before.
It's reassuring to know that after serving 10 years for kidnapping, you can do it again and still get bail. Now, I do think that the third time increases the degree of difficulty but....we'll have to wait and see.
O.K., but if this were a rom-com starring, say, Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks, it would all end up happily.
