For more than a year, Slocum has been collecting mannequins for what he once considered was art.
But in the midst of that, Slocum says the collection turned into a problem.
It's on the Left Coast just legalize it.

ReplyDeleteWeld a cradle with stand to fit the back of the mannequins. Offer the mannequins for sale as "Tannerite and ball bearing ready" and sell on the internet.
ReplyDeleteYears ago there was a middle eastern oil guy in Beverly Hills with a fancy schmancy mansion. He filled the grounds with statues. Not unusual for the area. He went off the rails, as far as the neighbors were concerned, when he painted in the naughty bits.
