What's strange is that Amazon is just about finished with a huge facility in Hollister and they're just starting construction on another huge facility in Salinas.
The facilities come & go, but if Amazon owns the land, that's where the long term wealth is. You should see how much ranchland in TX has been turned into subdivisions, and how much $100.00 an acre costs 30 years later. CC
