On Tuesday, 36-year-old Aaron Spencer reported to the police that his daughter was missing. As police were on their way to Spencer's home, Spencer found his daughter in a vehicle with 67-year-old Michael Fosler, according to Lonoke County Sheriff's Office's press release.

LONOKE COUNTY, Ark. (Gray News) – More than $100,000 has been raised for the legal fees of an Arkansas father accused of killing a 67-year-old man who he found in a car with his missing 14-year-old daughter, his family said.
Doing what any real dad would do... Shame on that sheriff's department, what kinda shit locks a father up for protecting his family..

Why wasn’t the rapeist in jail already? The system failed but Dads gun didn’t.
ReplyDeleteThe rapist was an ex cop and school resource officer.
Deletethe decedent was out on bail from previous case.
DeleteSaw some arguments on other sites about age of consent and how it used to be 12 in different places. Be that as it may, our society has determined that someone that young is not capable of giving consent and even if she was chasing the guy its still rape. By the way, I have no idea about the circumstances in this particular case.

ReplyDeleteMr Prosecutor, best o' luck trying to put together an Arkansas jury that would convict a father rescuing his teen daughter. Next, you can try to convict a guy named John McClane who rescued his daughter Lucy by killing this guy named Thomas Gabriel.
Mr G was one of the exalted and protected group. A sodomite.
DeleteAs of the time of the article, no charges have been filed. If charges are filed, can we start a GoFundMe equivalent for whoever runs against the DA? I'm also thinking the sheriff needs some competition next election cycle.
ReplyDeleteI know there are plenty of fathers who would have done the exact same thing if they were in the same situation.
ReplyDeleteThe man did his duty. I fail to see where he broke any law.
