Albany, NY (WRGB) — A recently passed New York state law that bars licensed firearms owners to carry concealed on all private property is unconstitutional, according to a federal judge.
The ruling down Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York follows a decision in December by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Be aware though, if you identify as a criminal you're fine.
ReplyDeleteIt's responsible honest people that the New York elite can't stand.
Good! now let's take the next logical step and declare the entire state of New York to be unconstitutional. Just relabel I-87 as an extension of Autoroute 15 and hand the entire sorry socialist mess over to Trudeau.
ReplyDeleteWe hatin' on Canooks today?
DeleteWait, homeowners can conceal carry at home?
ReplyDeleteHow are home invaders supposed to know if they're armed?
That's just perpetuating the cycle of violence.
Yea! What you going to do about it! Laws, Constitution - just suggestions as far as the Libturd Dumbocrats are concerned.
ReplyDeleteSo? This will change nothing at all in regards to NY enforcement of their draconian anti-gun laws.
ReplyDeleteHochul will just sign the next round of unconstitutional anti-gun legislation into law. We already have an “assault” rifle ban which will soon fall by the waist side when the Supreme Court hears the case of Maryland’s ban on AR-15s. We have a 10-rd. limit on magazines which is unconstitutional, but seems to be here for now. A few years ago New York’s ban on gravity knives was deemed unconsttutional, but its ban on assisted opening knives still stays. NY is one effed up state!
ReplyDeleteMassachusetts: Hold my beer...
DeleteNot to worry; NY will have the same ban back in place, with slightly different wording, in a few days.
ReplyDeleteWe assure you, it's a completely different law!
DeleteOf course it is, just like 99% of the other laws those jerk offs pass....

Liberals only 'respect' their own laws, not the Law of the Land.
