After the war in Vietnam ended, the American public was told that all of our POWs had been returned and accounted for. But we know that was not the case. The Defense Intelligence Agency, and others in government had over the years in fact received “more than 1,600 first-hand sightings of live American prisoners and nearly 14,000 second-hand reports, with witnesses “interrogated by CIA or Pentagon intelligence agents were deemed credible".
The govt hating the population isn't new, it's just more visible now.
ReplyDeleteYou can thank mc stain for part of that. Seems him and some of his political buddies didn't want to bother , for some reason or another.
ReplyDeleteAngry? Absolutly. Surprised? Not at all. I have always believed there were men left behind and always will. I figure all those guys are dead by now. Left by their country to rot. I never liked McCain or Kerry. McCains daughter is a piece of shit.
ReplyDeletethey did the same thing to the French in 54. held on to people until they got the money.
ReplyDeletethen and only after the check cleared did they let the POWs go home.
we or rather congress didn't pay. guess who voted against paying the reps to the Viets ?
good old JOE for one. back in the early 1980's I knew a guy who happen to see Recon photos taken over there. SR-71 black bird photos that showed our people on the ground
in camps. he was pissed like a lot of other people at CGSC at that time.
no man left behind my ass.
and the fact that they both "made out' on opening up the country to US trade just fits
with everything I have seen from those two bastards.
and people wonder why I can't stand them. dave in pa.
you can thank John McCain and John F-ing Kerry for that. they pulled the "teeth" out of any legislation written to aggressively investigate and rescue those men. the both of them are traitors that should hang. (should have hung, in McCain's case) with Hanoi Jane right next to them.
ReplyDeleteThere is still time to hang Hanoi Jane.
DeleteAnd J F Kerry
