Swing state voters are feeling the pain of high prices and want to hear more from presidential candidates about their energy policies, newly released polling data shows.
A new Morning Consult/American Petroleum Institute poll obtained exclusively by The Center Square surveyed registered voters in the key swing states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
While economists have heralded the slowing of inflation, Tuesday’s poll shows that swing state voters are feeling the pain.
"Swing States Hurting from Inflation, Want More from Trump, Harris on Energy Policies"
ReplyDeleteThat's a pure contradiction. They can expect NOTHING from Lalala, unless they want it to get WORSE.
If they want a primer on comparative energy policies, they have 4 years of Trump and 4 years of the current admin. You can judge from their actions (which count) and their words (which could be empty promises, in some cases). True, inflation is said to be lower. But the numbers are likely cooked and the cumulative effects of the last 4 years are not undone. I know my income has not kept up with the real inflation felt over the last 4 years.
ReplyDeleteAny person expecting the current admin to have any positive effect on the economy in the future would be, excuse my honesty, a fool.
