Cops arrested a Florida man who allegedly broke into a neighbor’s home and molested a woman’s sleeping children.
David Andrew Ogden, 39, is facing several counts of lewd and lascivious behavior and one count each of burglary with assault and resisting arrest. According to a probable cause arrest affidavit, the mother of the victims was driving for Uber when a friend called her shortly before 12:30 a.m. Sept. 7 to say in-home cameras showed Ogden inside a bedroom where all three kids were sleeping. She immediately started driving home.
