CHICAGO -- A federal judge in East St. Louis on Friday struck down Illinois' assault weapons ban on the grounds that it violates the Second and 14th amendments to the U.S. Constitution and issued an order barring the state from enforcing it.
That order, however, was stayed for 30 days, and Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul filed an appeal Friday night.
Another example of Progressives never ever stop their efforts to fuck over American citizens trying to exercise their constitutional rights. It's not about stopping criminals. It's about controlling those citizens who don't agree with their agenda
ReplyDelete^^ Yep. To control us they will make "criminals" of us all.

This is actually interesting to me because next month I'm going to visit a friend who has a retreat/hunting property near his family farm in Illinois. Sounds like with the 30 day stay I'll have to stick to my plan of bringing revolvers and lever guns. That's ok. I like revolvers and lever guns.
ReplyDelete"Kwame" sounds un-American as hell.
