CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – An alleged criminal chose the wrong time to shoplift at Walmart in Virginia.
According to police in Chesterfield County, a man was arrested for shoplifting at a Walmart store during a “Shop with a Cop” shopping event.
