Trooper, the dog who was rescued by the Florida Highway Patrol during Hurricane Milton has now been adopted, the Leon County Humane Society announced Monday.
It’s been almost two months since Trooper was rescued from belly-deep water and the fence he was tied to by a Florida Highway Patrol trooper before Hurricane Milton made landfall.
