MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A Wendy’s manager fired her gun inside the restaurant after a burglar broke in on Monday morning.
Officers responded to the shots fire call just after 2:00 a.m. at the Wendy’s on 6260 Winchester Road.
Officers spoke with the store manager who said she was in her office at the back of the store when she heard glass breaking from the front of the store.

Ordinarily I'd laugh at the paper for giving a description of the burglar that includes everything right down to the color of his shoes but leaves out his race, but this being Memphis, it really isn't necessary.
Wendy's. I'm sure the Bro wasn't there to rip off a dozen burgers for a late night snack.

ReplyDeleteCut Tyrone a break. It was 2 AM after all and he had a serious case of the munchies. All he wanted was a Baconator, a large fry and maybe a Coke, although something tells me he had already been into the, "coke."
