The legal civil war begins in earnest. Since before the beginning of the inauguration the resistance was in action, drawing up legal challenges to every move Trump would make with his Executive Orders. This is not a game, it is war by legal means. The frontline soldiers are the J6 hostages, hostages of the administrative state. Those being held in Abu Ghraib on the Potomac, who have suffered torture and a denial of all rights, elevating simple protesters to a level of insurgents, a narrative that has been collapsing since the start. As more information has come out about FBI assets and disguised Antifa members infiltrating the peaceful crowd to take actions that would elevate the protest into a riot, the narrative shatters, though Schumer and Schiff need it to remain and so will push it every chance they get.

DeleteSo much for the underachieving useless dolts of the "Republican" 118th Congress. Some of them made showy visits to the Abu Grabby long ago, posted on social media how outraged they were... and then dropped those poor people like a yesterday's news (here's looking at you, MTG), and then voted to fully-fund D.C., DOJ, the whole wretched mess, even the new FBI HQ, without getting any meaningful reforms in return.
ReplyDeleteThe "Republican" 119th isn't looking too good, either. Trump is pulling their @sses out of the fire on the J6 hostages, illegal invaders, and lots of other issues but he can't do everything.
I’m enjoying this “Shitshow on the Potomac “ and hoping both sides take the gloves off soon and really get this party started. That’s the only way this can possibly end. The treasury has already been looted and someone is going to have to pay. Unfortunately, that someone will be “We the People”, no matter who comes out on top. Trump does seem a little more prepared this go round but I’m sure there’s something out there lurking that we haven’t seen yet. Eod1sg Ret

Deletewin or lose, the lawyers in these cases always make their money.
ReplyDeletesomething is fundamentally wrong with that.
there has to be a change in our judiciary system. like fines or jail time for lawyers who file frivolous lawsuits and tying up the courts time.
make them personably be held accountable for the money and time that they cost others who have to answer the charges in court, if you are sued by anyone you HAVE to defend yourself in court or a default judgment will be held against you!!! even cheap lawyers ain't cheap.
