Tennessee House Speaker can eject lawmakers, public deemed repeatedly disruptive in new session rules

Tennessee members of the House voted to tighten the rules of decorum for the 114th General Assembly by allowing the Speaker of the House to eject lawmakers and members of the public deemed repeatedly disruptive, among other changes.
