Biden pardons Fauci and Milley in an effort to guard against potential 'revenge' by Trump

WASHINGTON – President Joe Biden has pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci, retired Gen. Mark Milley and members of the House committee that investigated the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, using the extraordinary powers of his office in his final hours to guard against potential “revenge” by the incoming Trump administration.

*****

Thank you Joe, for finally acknowledging that Fauci's a criminal, Milley's a fucking traitor and the J6 committee was a farce. It's been a long time coming.

  1. Yup, if you are innocent, you don't require a pardon. Biden's a dementia ridden asshole so he might have signed the pardons, but he didn't know what they were about.

    1. Which IMHO is sufficient grounds for overturning them. Didn't a court of law rule him mentally incompetent to stand trail? I would think that would be grounds for invalidating everything he did in office after that point. Legally, he should have been sidelined and replaced by Kamala at some point, if not from the very first day he was in office.

But he wasn't, and lies can and should cost them. Everything he did as "president" should be, IMHO, overturned. We certainly have grounds for it!

  2. I do believe this action is reversible. He may have 'pardoned' these crooks, but in the very next breath he states they did nothing wrong. Biden actually stated he does not think they are guilty of anything, so.....? I do not see how the Supreme Court can uphold this nonsense.

  3. Really don't see how this is legal of course that's never stop biting before.
Someone should ask him after Trump's inauguration if he actually signed it let's see what he really says with no handlers.

  4. This is America & Biden we're talking about so "follow the money" is not something that should be ignored when you're looking at this...

  5. For what do they need a pardon? What is their crime?

The pardon means they cannot be punished: They can certainly be investigated.

  7. I would be happy with an investigation that uncovered the truths about what these people did even if there was no way to punish them for it. I would love it if each of these people were brought into a public legal setting where they were asked very specific question under oath and were required to answer knowing that lying would remove their protections given by the pardons. I would want to have each of the J6 committee members asked if they lied about evidence, destroyed evidence and hid evidence during that committees term. Similar questions for all of the members of the swamp that received pardons. I do not believe that the pardon exempts them from civil suit, not for their crimes, but for the harm caused to individuals as a result of their actions. To put it another way; Fauci lied and people died.
The Gen Milley situation is somewhat different in that he may have given up state secrets to the Chinese that put our country at risk. I think he deserves a much more thorough "debriefing" than does Fauci or the J6 committee members. We need to know what he did even if he faces no punishment for his treason.

    1. Recall to active duty, reduce in rank, and take his pension and clearance. At a minimum.

  8. The pardon speaks volumes and leaves 47 with a path to expose them and the circus to low information voters with little to no downside to Trump.

  12. This is an extremely evil act and is unbecoming of a Republic. What could be more tyrannical than allowing the government the ability to commit crime after crime, in and out of office, and then give them a get out of jail free card? Then of course the left will go ape crap when Trump does it on his way out the door...

  13. Just minutes before leaving the presidency, Biden pardons his siblings and their spouses.

So the Biden crime family received a blanket “get out of jail free” card

  15. The biden family lives off graft. All their income is probably not reported. So there probably offshore accounts they can try to take. And they will have to continue to launder that money after the end date of the pardon. Hopefully the trump doj is watching.
