"I told you not to nut inside of me!"

The patient: A 20-year-old woman in the United Kingdom

The symptoms: The patient had unprotected vaginal sex with her habitual male partner, and shortly afterward, her vulva and vagina began itching and swelling. She developed angioedema — swelling of the tissues below the surface of the skin — and hives appeared across her body. She also felt faint and short of breath.

  2. Stranger things have happened. And yes, a few decades ago Brazil nuts had much more common name. One the diversity police will pillory you for if you utter it.

  3. Can you imagine the conversation where the doctor is asking the man for semen samples? "No, I need two, one without Brazil nuts and one with. Don't worry, you'll have a couple of hours before you have to deliver the second sample."

  4. My father-in-law told the story of taking a break with one of his black co-workers. He held up a Brazil nut and asked him, "What do you call these?"

    He replied "Same thing you do."
