#2 The truck is already totaled why pay a tow truck. What caused the gun to explode? #6 Had a Jeep just like that, color and all. I wonder if it's still on the road.
2) I just imagined the sound that truck would be making.... 8) Dude was about a hair from losing his fingers. 10) Pretty sure he watched Smoky and the Bandit once too often
10: The proper application of throttle would have prevented that. You can spend a lot of money on a car, but you can't buy skill or knowledge to drive it.
Contrast #6 vs. #8... #6 he took quick and effective action, and managed to get his jeep under control - you can see the very back of it as he stops it, preventing it from continuing down the slope. Yeah, should've chocked it, but shit happens, and good save! #8 Dumbass takes the tire off without bothering to jack the car up, damn near loses the tips of a couple of fingers. And damages the fender of his car as well. And good luck getting a jack underneath it to lift it up properly now! You're going to need a lever, and you probably don't have one.
#6 My neighbor had this experience last week. He was working on his jeep. Next thing I know I hear this crash. It has rolled across the street and was stopped by a tree in my yard after going through the chain linked fence. His face looked a little abused. Turns out it almost ran over his head.
Top Gear had an episode like that, where Jeremy was driving the Robin Reliant. He flipped it numerous times, on purpose, because it was such a shit excuse for transportation.
9 reminds me of the time a city friend of mine tried to block a 750 pound sow in full gallop. She went between his legs and he had a ride a bull rider would have envied. Until he fell off. If she had knocked him down and trampled him he would have ended up in the hospital.
1. Didn't I see that on Rowan & Martin's Laugh-in?

Artie Johnson, right?
DeleteMy grandmother probably weighed as much as that thing. Can't call it a car. I could pick her up if she fell. Flip it back up and buff it out
DeleteOr Top Gear or Monty Python?
