Yup! Not that you could get a beekeeper to pay you, but if you call the local swarm list, there's a dozen hobbyist beekeeper who would be overjoyed at the chance to come scrape them off the bike and into a bucket for you. I know I would. Haven't gotten a call in years though - I should probably make more of an effort this year to make sure I'm on the various swarm lists....
And if you have them move the bike too, chances are the returning scout bees won't find the bike anyway. I'd definitely park it somewhere else for the next week to be sure though!
