Donald Trump spent his first session back in the Oval Office signing executive orders to pardon all January 6 defendants and declare dangerous Mexican drug cartels as 'terrorists' while finding a letter written to him by Joe Biden.
Trump said he was pardoning about 1,500 defendants and issuing six commutations. He also directed the attorney general to seek dismissal of about 450 pending criminal cases against Jan. 6 defendants.
The pardons fulfill Trump's promise to release supporters who tried to help him overturn his election defeat four years ago.
'These are the hostages,' he said while signing the paperwork in the Oval Office.
He's been fucked over for the last 8 years and now the Trumpster is out for blood, but he'll do it the right way and it's never wrong to do the right thing.
ReplyDeleteThe protestors did NOT try "help him [Trump] overturn his election defeat four years ago." That's the Democrats narrative. They were exercising their right to protest against what they perceived as fraud in the handling of the votes. Don't conflate what they were accused of with what they did.
ReplyDeleteGood point and one easily missed.

Deletex3. Have you noticed how the media says this all the time.
DeleteIt winds my rubber band right up when they get referred to as “insurrectionists” or “tried to help overturn the election”. It was a protest with a wee bit of property damage with one peaceful protester murdered by a cop. I wonder if we’re going to see justice for Ashley Babbitt.
DeleteBiden preemptively pardoned that cop.
DeleteI am American bada$$. You can roll with Trump or you can suck Mike Pince.
ReplyDeleteUnlike Joe Biden, Trump did not call a "lid" at 3 PM after the inauguration and go looking for pudding. As Leslie Neilsen said in the movie Airplane, "Good luck, we're all counting on you!"
ReplyDelete- WDS
Now prosecute Michael Byrd for the murder of Ashlii Babbitt.
ReplyDeleteThe idiot Biden pardoned him.
DeleteBiden already pardoned him for her murder.
DeleteAnd yes, it was murder under color of law.
I saw the video before it disappeared.
He stepped out of an office to her left, raised and aimed his pistol, and shot her. No sound, so I don't know what was said, but no delay between his stepping into view and his shot.
There were two cops, one with a rifle, on the side of the doorway she came from, and at least four on Byrds side of the door, before he stepped out and shot her.

According to PressTV.ir, Byrd was one of the people pardoned by Biden. If you're not guilty, you don't need a pardon.
DeleteI may need to walk it back. It looks like there is conflicting information about whether or not Michael Byrd was pardoned.
DeleteWe're back baby! Buckle up.
ReplyDeleteThat speech just after the oath was the best smackdown ever. The only way it coulda been any better was if Trump had just turned around and straight out back-handed biden outta his chair.
ReplyDeleteAnd the oath. roberts rushed the oath, starting it before Trumps people had gotten to their seats, AND before Melania was able to get their with the selected Bibles...To his credit, the Prez stared him in the eye n raised the one hand, while leaving the other at his side.
What a Powerplay deluxe. these two arent going to play nicely together, so thatll be fun to watch.
Like to point out there's no legal requirement to place your hand on a bible while taking an oath; look at the muzzie congresscritters that swore their oaths on the quran.
Delete"...finding a letter written to him by Joe Biden."
ReplyDeleteIs it written in crayon, with pudding fingerprints all over it? If not, I'm calling bullshit on it being written by Emperor Poopypants himself.
Just where did fourteen million votes go from 2020 to 2024 ?
