It’s the sort of injury that will make you suspicious of sex toys for a long time. The internet has caught wind of a resurfaced story involving a young woman who was sent to the hospital after she underwent a MRI scan while having an apparently metallic butt plug inside herself.
Surely no-one could be that stupid, could they?
ReplyDeleteThat can be that stupid, and don't call me Shirley.

Was she screaming in pain or ecstasy due to the 10-minute-long mega orgasm?
ReplyDeleteThere was a time when I would say "this can't be real", but given the state of humanity, it probably is. I can understand an affinity for premium quality silicon, but METAL? WHY? Does she like punishing herself?

I've had four MRIs in total. There's a questionnaire you have to fill out and sign that asks "do you have any piercings, do you have any tattoos, do you have any pins or plates, etc". I guess now they're going to add "do you have a sex toy inserted?" to the questionnaire.

I was waiting my turn for an MRI behind a curtain, and I could hear a nurse arguing with a younger woman about "absolutely NO metal." Finally, I heard the girl say, "Look, I can't take those out here, so I will have to reschedule and come back." When I thought about it, I did see her in the waiting area, and I didn't notice her wearing any earrings.
DeleteEwwww.
Good MRI advice: Don't watch 'Kill Bill 2' right before taking one.
ReplyDeleteWhy didn’t it become a problem at the very beginning? I don’t believe it. Something smells fishy about this story…(and obviously shitty). The article says the FDA report is “real” therefore the patient is real.
ReplyDeleteNobody ever made a false report to the FDA? Bullshit.
So much to say but I'll just go to the next post
