Well, that didn't take long

CHICAGO — A Lawndale man is charged with killing his long-time girlfriend as they celebrated the new year with the woman’s 18-year-old daughter early on January 1. The murder of 43-year-old Martina Mosby was Chicago’s first homicide of 2025.
