Amador County Sheriff says they will be cooperating with ICE

The move raises questions as to how they will partner with ICE when it comes to those who are undocumented.

  1. Amador is one of commiefornias smaller counties and gov't its' biggest employer. Lots of retirees. I get tired of all the nuances about "we want everyone to feel safe, blah blah blah." I don't want illegals to feel safe, I want them to fear the law and get out of my country.

    1. Man, you're digging deep to find something to bitch about. Seriously, he said he wasn't going to abide by California law, that he was going to contact ICE when they arrest an illegal, or did you get that far into the article?

    2. The Sheriff claims all illegals, but the following paragraphs is where the truth lies and it's not all illegals.

"I want everybody to feel safe, regardless of your status. But if you are a public safety risk, you are a violent felon. I'm going to do everything in my power to come after you. And if that part is contacting ICE and dealing with ICE to get you out of Amador County, I'm going to use that,"

"According to the sheriff, the policy will specifically target individuals involved in violent and serious crimes, such as documented gang or cartel members, rapists, murderers, child molesters, and domestic violence offenders."
