#19. I fully expect DOGE to cost me my job, and I one-hundred percent support it.
#7. My first aerospace (government contactor) job out of school, I was told to take 2 lunches, wander the campus, and basically slow down how fast I was going through the new employee introductory work.
#8 - Let's be careful out there! If/when thousands of pages of Epstein files are released, do you believe 100%? Or only 99.5%? Or less? Because the same FBI that's grudgingly releasing files is the same FBI that "investigated the Trump dossier". Theory: disgruntled Swamp rats have contaminated the Epstein with fabricated evidence of innocent right-wingers being involved, and scrubbed some evidence of The Usual Suspects. And lefty journos will be breaking lots of stories based on the planted lies, some of them during the 2026 midterm campaign.
I concur. Great selection as always. Thanks for the work that you put in every week for us. I know you don't do it for the money. As for Pam Bondi, she is pretty. But while she has some issues, I think that she was the right choice for AG. She is part Bulldog when she gets her mind set on something. And she seems to have bought in to the idea of getting rid of corruption and waste, while investigation those responsible.
I agree with both posters, you effort is greatly appreciated.. Pigpen, my main, maybe only issue, with Pam Bondi is the anti 2nd Amendment work she did while Florida AG.. Red Flag laws and raising the age to purchase Rifles to 21 are not something I support.. JD
JD, I understand your concerns completely, and it is certainly valid. The only thing that I can say is that it might be enough that Trump is so strongly supporting the 2nd amendment now that he won't allow her to take any adverse actions that would take our gun rights away from us. I know that is a thin bridge to stand on, but at some point we have to hope that it won't have been a mistake to nominate her. And if she does betray our freedoms, on any type, Trump should have the courage and intelligence to kick her to the curb.
Before y'all get all uppity about Bondi and the files release, read this letter she wrote to FBI Director Patel. The tone is terse, but she and Patel are dead serious. I like the part about "proposed personnel action..." Yep, those responsible are being held accountable. https://www.justice.gov/ag/media/1391331/dl?inline

ReplyDeleteSowell should have been unleash/consulted before Trump was inaugurated. The man has a very sharp mind.
DeleteIt would be hard to find better counsel.
Delete#17 - Realesead? How is that pronounced?
