Depends on which part, but it's getting worse everywhere. We're hoping to move out of Jackson county altogether, soon. Maybe to east Tennessee, near Athens, where my brother lives.
I know precisely where #1 is, near my old stomping grounds in KC. 435 highway. You don't want to get off on the 63rd street exit anymore. Trust me on that.
#1: Good, glad to see it! I see one of these "right turn from the left lane once or twice a week". Usually, it some fucking maggot who had been monopolizing the left/passing lane for miles then suddenly sees their exit. Ed
#7 I witnessed something similar a few years ago about a mile from where I live. The town and state were rebuilding the exit ramp there. Car went over the curb, demolished one of the signs and ripped the exhaust system off the car. No one was hurt, but the car of course was totaled.
Presumably put his foot down too hard and lost the back end. I would have expected a car like that to have traction control, maybe he had it switched off or something? Stonyground.
I’ve never driven a Porsche like that, but its engine is in extreme rear of vehicle which probably makes for an interesting mass moment of inertia & handling, especially when flooring it at startup. Regarding Ken’s comment, years ago I was at a Porsche dealership and I watched a salesman start up a brand new 928S, after which a short, 3-piece suited guy (I guessed was an MD or lawyer) climbed into it along with his wife/SO. They just sat there and played with the power windows. My guess is also that it had an automatic transmission, a shame in a vehicle like that. My point is that waaay too many clowns buy vehicles that they’re unqualified to drive. Today most can’t even handle a stick.
yeah. and this is why i only drive in the "off hours" if I can. way too many fools and assholes on the road today. I remember when cell phone can out and I had to drive on the highway with clowns that where on their damn phones. if was nothing to see 4-6 cars changing lanes while on the damn phone. I wonder if they even knew they where doing it ? I quit one job because I had to drive on I-95 thru Philly to get there and it wasn't worth it. and then there was always the sure kill expressway ! and then the city had the gall to ask me why I was leaving ? NO shit. they sent out a letter asking why. I was leaving the damn place. I don't think they liked my reply. I am the wrong color. damn shame really as it was a great place to grow up back in the 1960's and one final note. my dad always said , "engage brain before the clutch" dave in pa.

For most of those, If ya can't run with the big dogs, stay on the porch.
ReplyDelete#1 is the exit off I-435 in Kansas City, to Raytown, MO, where I live.
ReplyDeleteRaytown is gross.

ReplyDeleteThis took a dark turn.
DeleteAgreed. I live closer to Noland Rd, near 75th Street, well south and east of that area in the video.

It looks like many of these are KC area. They are NOTORIOUS for sudden exits, and other STUPID stuff. And this is besides the illegals.

#6 The guy launching the boat is lucky to be alive.
ReplyDeleteOn the plus side, he successfully launched the boat!
DeleteHe sure came close to losing his arm.
DeleteBe more apropo to lose a leg and and eye, doanchatink?
Delete#1. What's with the white car, all jacked up in the front?
ReplyDelete#4. Saved $100 on the delivery
#9 EV?
#1 It's called squatting. Kids today thinks it looks cool.
DeleteNow, WC, he might be transporting a 500lb mammy rapper in the back seat. Forgot to pump up the helper air bags.
Delete"Squatting" huh.
DeleteI thought it was Joey Logano.

#9 The car is an Audi R8 which has the engine behind the driver. A few years ago there was a recall because of engine fires.
DeleteAl_in_Ottawa
#1 must have a good dozen illegal's in the trunk.
DeleteStupid people shouldn't drive
ReplyDeleteYeah - if stupid asses didn't drive the streets would be almost empty. That would be nice. Seems stupid is now a lifestyle.
Delete#5 Rookie driver. Only one out of 3.
ReplyDeleteMaybe soon to be 'ex'.
DeleteLiving south of Tucson we often saw #1's. Cartels used them as bait cars. While the cops were focused on them, drug smugglers would sail right on by.
ReplyDelete#5 nig noking
ReplyDelete#2 - I don’t even understand how this happened. Can someone explain it?
ReplyDeleteToo much car, not enough driver.
DeleteRan completely dry of blinker fluid and talent.

DeleteWhoever was driving that refrigerator had it pretty much under control, at least compared to some of the other entries.
ReplyDelete(I don't mean the pickup, I mean the actual fridge.)

#1 I see this nearly everyday on the Capital Beltway ( I 495). Drivers need to pay attention to the road.
ReplyDelete4. How original. Most people just leave skidmarks in their underwear.

I wonder if the refrigerator would be working after the drop.
DeleteThe truck driver must have decided it was junk.
1: WTF is that white car hauling?
