Looks like our stores the day before a light snowfall they've been forecasting for a week

  2. Nothing to see here, Folks It's just emotionally reacting, instant gratification Americans when whipped up by a sadistic MSM weather report turning a rain drizzle event into a calamity worse than the great flood. Looks like the egg section, by the way.

  3. At the beginning of covid times, at a local grocery store, someone took a case of Corona beer and placed said case in the middle of the empty paper towel shelving. I wish I still had the picture - it was classic.

  4. My wife and daughter both worked, at various times, as cashiers in supermarkets. When a snow storm was predicted it was always milk, eggs, bread, batteries, and toilet paper. This was back in the days when Pennsylvania didn't allow sale of alcohol in grocery stores. Otherwise, I guess wine, beer, or whiskey would have been added to the list.

  5. It all depends upon what you're used to. It was -22F when I drove to work this morning and, other than that, it looked like a normal day.

  6. During our once every 120 years snow storm nobody was on the road for about 3 days including delivery drivers... When we finally got out to shop Walmart was almost out of everything..
