Yes, comrades, the London Science Museum claims Legos are homophobic because the blocks are seen as "male and female."
Since 2022 this “Science™ Museum” has been using an exhibit to spread fishy rumors about Legos (and other things). It is named,“Stories of Queer Communities, Experiences and Identities.”
further claims that the Legos company is homophobic because the male and female bricks reinforce heterosexuality as being “the norm.” Do what you want but that's not going to change the facts.. Heterosexuality is "the norm" and nothing is going to change that.. JD
If this were true, wouldn't the amount of legos I have sitting in the basement double every nine months? Gosh, I could have saved myself FORTUNES on legos for my five boys if I would have known that.
Having played with Legos for decades, as a kid and as a parent, it never occurred to me to call them male or female. The level of stupid and arrogance is mind boggling.
I had the Owner/ CEO of the company I did maintenance for ask me to get him one of those “homosexual connectors” for his PC once… I kinda chuckled and said “you mean gender changer?” VC
Next they'll complain that the entire 2SLGTQXWYZ community is being oppressed because pipe fittings and electrical connectors are male and female, which is binary (oh the inhumanity). Obviously some people have way too much time on their hands. Al_in_Ottawa
