So did they have their Cripple Card properly displayed on their mirror?

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. (WWSB) -The two men apprehended Monday in the Publix parking lot were from outside of the county.

Monday, a detective on lunch break observed suspicious activity in the parking lot of a Publix Grocery store on Tamiami Trail in Punta Gorda.

    lol @ "cripple card". I call those "slow driver warning labels" myself.

    I guess LEO couldn't cite the scammers for anything strong enough to seize the evidence.
