You'd think he'd know better, huh?

A family is devastated after a sergeant with the Los Angeles Police Department was arrested in Orange County, accused of killing a 19-year-old man in an alcohol-related hit-and-run over the weekend.

    How the hell many years of probation did he get for a DUI? And how is he a sergeant with that much probation? Rules for me but not for thee?
