What to hell does it take to get these pieces of shit off our streets forever? If they won't kill them at least give them life.
ReplyDeleteHIs attorneys argued that he had a hard upbringing. Awwwww. 171 months are not going to change this animal. He'll only be worse when he comes out. If he serves the whole time at all.
ReplyDeleteHis first name is Anthony. Did not his momma have an african names book?
Deletewas on felony pretrial release
ReplyDeleteThey Otta tell them that If they get in ANY trouble While on
pretrial release, the sentencing will be Much more painful.
If you're waiting to go to trial, wouldn't you work towards Not pissin the judge off? I'm gonna agree with the guy who said
His time in prison isn't gonna change him, unless it makes him harder and meaner.
Times sure have changed regarding vehicles. When I was a youngster a Tranny was a 4-speed with a Hurst shifter and jacking a car was the initial procedure to changing a tire.
ReplyDeleteBogbeagle, they had Hurst shifters back then?
DeleteYea, but they were made out of wood then.
DeleteCarved from the finest Moroccan rosewood.

DeleteYes Unclezip, the shifters were Rosewood and they came along with carved elephant tusk Ivory suicide knobs.
If prosecutors can't mention a defendant's priors in grim detail during a court hearing, then defense should not be allowed to drag up that "hard upbringing" shit, either. History either matters or it doesn't.
ReplyDeleteFour and a half fucking years ago? He's already gamed the system by putting his trial off that long. If he was incarcerated while awaiting trial he only has less than 10 years to go.
ReplyDeleteJust 14 years?
ReplyDeleteNo federal charges for the machine gun? WTF?
ReplyDeleteJpaul
"federal charges for the machine gun? WTF?"
DeleteFederal charges are for wypipo.
He had a rough childhood ? Boo fucking Hoo , many millions of people had rough upbringing and got through it and are now useful and productive members of society . So what makes Anthony special ? Why should he get a pass? Didn't they hang horse thieves back in the day ? Dude is a menace to society and ought never see the light of day .
