Secretary of State Rubio says purge of USAID programs complete
Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Monday the Trump administration had finished its six-week purge of programs of the six-decade-old U.S. Agency for International Development, cutting 83% of them, and said he would move the remaining aid programs under the State Department.

So, the toughest 17% of the weed rootstock has been preserved and is now ready to grow faster and stronger than before, and none of the criminals and incompetents from the previous season are being held accountable....no, not just reassigned...arrested, prosecuted and punished, like chaingang scraping dogshit with plastic spoon as the decades go by punished.
