The Trump administration is planning to collect the social media information of immigrants entering the United States, a move that could help law enforcement better detect extremist activity.
United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the agency tasked with approving green cards and providing other immigration benefits, is proposing to collect social media information as part of the migrant application process, per a notice posted by the Federal Register.
There is a new requirement for going to the UK, you need to get permission before go. It can be done on-line and doesn't cost much but I has to be done before you leave.
