Considering that Tennessee and other states have arrested people who were completely sober for DUI, I'll wait for results. Thanks to mad mothers, we now have DUI laws that are crazy. If the cops can't differentiate between someone who is cold sober and one who is intoxicated, there is a problem. Also couple that with them giving rewards to officers who arrest multiple people, and you have a serious problem. This gal might indeed have been drunk and guilty of vehicular homicide. At this point we don't know.

Add to that Madd getting a chunk of change every time a DUI is prosecuted.

ReplyDeletePineapple on pizza? Throw the book at her.
DeleteToss her in jail for the topping, if nothing else.
DeleteShe was just trying to make it Home safe

How do you "allegedly" hit someone?
ReplyDeleteSimple. You put the word "allegedly" in front of the action you took. Like I allegedly was being sarcastic when I wrote this, allegedly.
