My first big concert, BB King, March 29, 1973 - Wichita KS... Performing with the Wichita Symphony Orchestra. His drummer was stranded in Denver and BB told us they did not have a rehearsal with the Orchestra because his drummer wasn't there. So the evening he directed the Orchestra as to each song and how he wanted them to accompany, key and when to come in... One of the best concerts I've ever been too... GB
How’s this for a lineup. I saw BB King at Indiana University in 1970 with the Jefferson Airplane and The Byrds. BB played first then the Airplane then The Byrds.
