  1. #. 1. He definitely studied up on the subject
#. 4. Reminds me of when I was a kid and the console TV broke.. Dad picked up a 20 inch TV and put it in the console.. It was smaller so there was a big gap all around it.
#. 9. I had a friend, rest in peace Sidney, that worded in a custom body shop.. He rebuilt a wrecked Corvette front end with cardboard, chicken wire and Bondo.. He then played on the fiberglass cloth and the skim coat.. After the paint you couldn't tell it wasn't original..

  2. #1 thru #10, according to Barry Manilow these are like using an empty Coke bottle because your butt plug's in the shop being rechromed. It gets the job done.

"buttplug is in the shop getting rechromed"

I can't stop laughing. And I'm stealing that one.

  3. #9 - Yeah, those headsets work find, but they're cheap and break easily, especially in a household with kids. I've got three that are repaired in various ways.

I haven't used the steel plumbers tape like that though - just some shapelock heatset plastic I have laying around. I've had that stuff for almost 30 years now, too bad I haven't been able to find more...

  4. As Red Green used to say,

If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

  6. Cling wrap makes a better side windows on a car. You can't see through a black garbage bag. Been there

  9. #1 looks like a repair by one of those strong, independent women that don't need a man.

  10. #7) I worked on a framing crew each summer in college. Just focus on the "chimney" and don't look at the rest of the house. Trust me, it's better that way.
