#8 Saw same thing at Costco. A physically fit gym rat looked around, saw no one was looking, and parked her Lexus in an empty cart corral. THAT caught several people's attention. She obviously spent lotsa time at the gym but didn't want to walk an extra 100 feet? When we left her car was completely surrounded with shopping carts and more were on the way. Saw her at the Credit Union. She parked in a handicap space, hung up her HC placard, and walked inside. EMPTY parking spaces were closer to the door but she took the handicap spot out of habit.
