Manners count
A 61-year-old man in Maryland may spend the remainder of his days behind bars for killing a passenger on an MTA bus, fatally shooting the victim for refusing to apologize after bumping into him. A jury in Baltimore on Friday found James Richburg guilty on one count each of second-degree murder, use of a firearm in a crime of violence, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in last year's slaying of 30-year-old William Womack.

Whether we pay for him living out in the free air or we pay for holding him in prison; the dude still gets my tax dollars to live.
ReplyDeleteBe polite, be professional, but have a plan to kill everybody you meet.

Even people who bump into you?
DeleteWhat part of everyone don't you understand

Womack diss'ed him.
ReplyDeleteBig hand for Baltimore for solving their crime problem
ReplyDeleteIt appears he did give the guy fair warning and the guy ignored his charitable gesture so who's the real bad guy now?
ReplyDeleteQuite likely both, bogside.
DeleteEasy question. The bad guy is the one who murdered another person for bumping into him. As much as I agree with stand your ground laws there are limits
DeleteAn eye for an eye...
ReplyDeleteAs above comment, we are this fellows Retirement Plan.
ReplyDeleteSad we can abort innocent babies in the womb but allow violent folks to enjoy spending our tax dollars for life.
It's them again, Yogi.
ReplyDeleteAs soon as I read Baltimore I knew it was "them"
DeleteNowhere does it say just how aggressive (or not) the "bump" was. Just a brush, or a bounce you off the wall bump?
ReplyDeleteDude needs a Laurel and hearty handshake for removing a thug from the public space. No way Womack was a blameless choirboy, from the report he re-entered the bus to beat up the 'old guy that dissed me' and got shot for his agression.
ReplyDeleteShouldn't this be guess the race?
ReplyDeleteShines gonna shine. Always have, always will.
