I didn't lose my shit, asshole. I cut the comments off because I got tired of arguing with a fucking communist. You called me a fucking nazi, remember? This is my blog, my house, and you're going to call me a nazi? Here's a simple fact: Nobody is twisting your arm to come here. If you don't like what you see or read here, you're perfectly welcome to leave.
#4 - clarifying for the sauna discussion above - the joke , I think, is that it's a typo - prof meant to ask about body temperature 98.7F (0.1 above normal 98.6F) and calculate using a formula similar to the one discussed in https://journalfeed.org/article-a-day/2021/body-temperature-and-heart-rate-are-they-related/. But the C. So 0 bpm is a good answer for a body temp of 209.6F. There are articles about heart rate in hot weather but I didn't see any formulas. And even an article about heart rate while in a sauna (https://saunajournal.com/heart-rate-in-sauna/) but even that one lacks a formula.
