#6 - NO. Stop using veterans as pawns for expanding socialized medicine. Stop accepting the premise that healthcare something that comes from DC. Because Medicaid, Medicare, the VA, the Indian Health Service, obamacare, HIPAA, etc., etc., everything from DC has been a colossal expensive disaster. The reason for denying healthcare benefits to illegals is that they are illegal. The reason is NOT so we can give freebies to citizens. And yes, of course direct service-connected injuries are a different story, so keep your red herring off the menu.
It's a meme..... You must've missed the meme I posted a couple weeks ago about people who take memes much too seriously. Oh well, I've only got a couple more months left to go anyway.

Besides, healthcare is and will always be fully socialist until ERs can freely turn away anyone they want to. Until then, anyone who wants any sort of healthcare can just enter through the ER and the hospital pays. So the bill gets passed to the insurance companies who pass it to us.
And we wonder why health insurance is so expensive. (And that's leaving aside the complicated ways medicaid et all makes things more expensive for everybody.)
