A San Bernardino County woman was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and rolling her SUV after clipping an unoccupied vehicle parked at the curb late last week.

If I understand it correctly, BAC fades with time as the etoh is metabolized. Meaning that what the drunk blows after being stopped is almost certainly somewhat lower than where s/he started out (unless the dipshit is continuing to do shots while driving). If this bint blew .23 after crawling out of the upside down car and the police arrived, what was her BAC at peak? .28? .33? She's lucky she didn't spontaneously ignite.
I was inside a 7-11 getting coffee early one morning when a SUV just the curb and drove into the store... A female about 30 was asleep at the wheel, cops came and woke her. She couldn't stand so they just gave her the breath analyzer, I don't remember the number but it was as high as she was. JD
Used to work hospital security. Highest number I can recall was a .4-something. Dude was more functional than the average teeny-bopper that would come in with .05s. Lightweights.
