And to think Disney thought it was the happiest place on earth

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (AP) — A passerby could hear the cacophony from miles away in the Argentine capital, the unmistakable sound of 2,397 dogs barking — and breaking the unofficial world record for the largest-ever gathering of golden retrievers.

  3. All those Golden Retrievers.
It's funny, you never read about a pack of Golden Retrievers eating a kid or a neighbor or their owner.

  6. True story: Driving around from one place to another with mistake # 2 many moons ago, I came upon a Golden Retriever convention at a small public park. Turns out it was a meet up of some Golden Retriever club, or perhaps a gathering of breeders - I don't recall exactly. ANYWAY - there were a couple of hundred Golden Retrievers, some in small portable corals, some Good Boys and Good Girls patiently waiting by their owners in the Autumn sunshine. Result: a week or two later, I came home with a puppy. Second dog I ever shared my life with as an adult, first one was a German Shepherd. The Golden had a heart of gold but the Shepherd was a brainiac.

  8. I'd love to see the chaos if someone threw about a hundred tennis balls or those bouncy pink balls into that crowd.
    Hilarious and fun!
