Called “Full Conceal” and they recently went belly up because it was far more expensive than the typical Glock. Opinions varied, but they were never going to be fast to draw, so honestly you could do better by concealing a smaller pistol.
Looks like a modified Glock of some kind. I doubt it's factory. Probably just someone with too much time on their hands and a nifty machine shop. I don't think it would stand the test of time.
