MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A massive fire erupted Thursday evening at the Maynard C. Stiles wastewater treatment plant, located in an industrial area north of Mud Island.

It is my understanding that Memphis has been a $hit hole city for decades. This incident simply proves it.
