White men attempted to "build countries" in just about every corner of the planet. They succeeded in some places and failed in others. All of Central and South America and Africa were failures. I would argue that white men failed in Asia in places where Asians succeeded after the white men left (Singapore, Malaysia) and in others failed so miserably that condemned those countries to centuries of misery (Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia). In fairness the places where white men succeeded are fewer than the places were they failed. I would argue that USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand are whins for white men. I may be forgetting some. The rest of the European colonial endeavors are brutal failures. Not a great track record.
Asians, for the most part, didn't need the White man, they already had great societies for centuries beforehand. As far as Central and South America, they never really got a toehold there.
And how many aborigines are still living like aborginese, as opposed to those who are living like white people now?... 'Same goes for "native" Americans...
It doesn't matter if there were aborigines or not. White people can never establish a civilization on an island, especially if the island isn't shaped like anything. Ireland is the same way. tominor
The places where white folks failed were the ones that didn't want to learn. Whites in Africa created Rhodesia and made it an agricultural powerhouse. When they got kicked out, it became a food desert. Same thing is happening in South Africa now. As for Central America, we did pretty good until the drug trafficking took over. Asia was pretty good until communism took hold in China. That ended civilization in Vietnam, Cambodia Laos and nearly destroyed Thailand. There are parts of India that have never seen a White person. Yet these are the people groups Bill Gates and his friends want to replace Europeans with. Think about that. The successes happened where Christianity took root.
Although I’m of Euro descent and a pinky/peachy color I guess I’m classified as a “white man”. Sorry, but I can’t see a great deal of difference in tones to those “yellow” guys in China, Japan, Vietnam etc

I would argue that South Africa was a success until DEI destroyed it. It was firmly second world (except for some tribes of natives still living in the bush) until the end of aparthied, and it'll be firm 3rd world in a decade or so at this rate - just as soon as they kill of all the white farmers.

IMHO they needed to instead implement a social promotion program - "Wear purple on your hat or necklace, and you're considered white by the law. As for the others, IMHO Christianity is the saving grace, and communism the death of millions upon millions. How many people did Pol Pot massacre in Cambodia again?

Take a look at the inhabitants of South and Central America sometime. With the exception of coastal Brazil, they look more like the scrubby li'l Indians they are than they do Spaniards.
