Fucking nanny state

Lisa's aunt, who had just moved out here from Tennesse got her first California ticket from Ceres PD for - get this - smoking in her own vehicle with a minor child present. No shit, she got a fucking ticket for smoking a cigarette in her own vehicle. You want to hear the clincher? The cigarette wasn't even lit.

    I got a ticket in Florida years ago for getting a Blow Job from my girlfriend, Lucy.

    I didn't think it was illegal for 2 consenting adults to have sex.

    OK, I was pulled over on the shoulder of Interstate 75 near Sarasota, but shit I had my 4-way flashers on.

    I even offered the trooper sloppy seconds from Lucy, but that didn't help.

    I just got stopped in my 10 year old car for not having a front license plate.

    So I ask the shithead, "I've had this car for 80,000 miles why is today the day I get pulled over for not having a front plate?"

    How can it be smoking if it's not even lit? Might as well have gotten the ticket for having a pack in their pocket... possession with intent to smoke, I suppose.

    That's what I'm saying, Paladin. Not only is it an infringement on our Liberties but it's open to interpetation and that's never a good thing where the law is concerned. Innocent people get convicted and criminals are set free.

    I wonder what they'd have made of my mum. She was a nervous driver, so got me to light her cigs for her. I was about 7. No coincidence I was smoking at 9.
    We can't smoke whatsoever here, if the vehicle is company owned. Even if you're self employed, and only you ever get in it. It's bullshit, all these laws, either ban smoking altogether or shut the fuck up about it.
