Nice folks.....

Three Spirit Airlines employees were battered in a wild melee at a South Florida airport over a delayed flight, according to a report.

The brawl captured on video broke out Tuesday night at a gate for a Philadelphia-bound flight from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, news station WPLG reported.

The employees suffered minor injuries when three passengers “became combative following a delayed flight,” the airline said.

    Wonder if this was last Friday. I was heading back from Norfolk, and they had to cancel a flight to Philly and reroute everyone due to weather in PA.

    One thing I noticed; the passengers at nearly every gate were mostly Amish. On my flight home, I think I was one of maybe a dozen palefaces on the plane. Pre-Covid I'd fly quite a bit. I don't think I've ever been on a flight like that in 20+ years. The Amish on my flight were pretty bad at PPE. Half a dozen had face shields, for some reason. Another two or so wore what appeared to be disposable painters coveralls, with the hood down, and front open.

    So luckily, everyone behaved and a few were fun to watch.
