  1. Watched a fork lift push a full pallet of 8' treated fence posts into a Chevy Suburban 3/4 ton at a Home Depot. When the fork lift pulled out the bed was resting on the tires. Too bad it was before phone cams and YouTube.

  2. I spent a few months in Lowe's lumber department in SoCal a while back. You have NO idea how clueless people can be at loading trucks, cars and even motorcycles.
3800 lb pallet of pavers in the back of a Chevy Lu ? Saw it (tires, frame, suspension and axle did not survive).
An entire pallet of 16 foot particleboard siding on top of a '78 Ford LTD? Yep. Tied front and back bumpers and drove away, rubbing all four tires i. Wheel wells.
On and on and on. Impressive sometimes!

  4. Saw one where they stacked an entire pallet of fence pickets in a Ford Explorer with the tailgate up. Gate latch failed as they turned into the highway. Blocked both lanes.

  5. Why is he taking construction lumber home along with the dry wall? That drywall is going to just sit around for a couple of weeks (taking up space, getting dinged) while he is trying to finish up the construction.
