Maybe it's time to pull the NG from DC and use them at Chicago gas stations

Chicago Alderman Stephanie Coleman reacted to a surge in city carjackings by hiring a private firm to provide security for an hour each day in which residents can safely pump gas.

  1. Wouldn't it be easier just to arrest, prosecute, and jail car jackers? What you encourage, you get more of, after all.

    1. That's crazy talk.... someone's feelings might get hurt or an as yet undiscovered civil "right" may get violated. Just think of the cost, man. Besides, ol' Dindoo Nuffin is entitled to that car. After all, why should you have one (or even TWO!... The HORROR!) and he doesn't, you privileged elitist. Dindoo has to get to his job so he can help redistribute your wealth and his having to use the public transportation you're paying for is just another example of you using your privileged status to keep the repression alive. Consider the hard work of the Defund the Police movements too! Should all their efforts go for naught simply because you think you should be 'protected" from criminal actions? Now, get back to work, prole, millions of entitled snowflakes and guest workers are eagerly awaiting your contributions....

    2. you win the internet for the entire week sir, now, stop with the common sense please, the world seems to have "moved on from that shit". (imagine a country if you will, with zero "white privilege" and zero racism, a country populated only by people of the same colour......ship em BACK to Africa and you too could be THAT country!)

It exists - it's called Haiti.

  2. I flew in to Midway each week for a couple of years, drove past that Shell station, very poor part of town, lots of shootings according to the local media. Really scary to drive thru at 4am in the morning. Cars don't stop for red lights

  3. We are having the same situation in the Twin Cities, MN. Minneapolis and St Paul city councilors wanted to defund the PO Lice and it is kind of happening with the cops retiring or resigning and moving to other jobs in police-work in other cities. These same city counselors wring there liberal hands and whine about the car jacking, but it still continues. It is a sucky place to live within this realm.

    1. Start shooting the "liberal" government workers. OH! and you misspelled "Communists".

Maybe when all ya'll stop excusing these assholes and start killing them you will be able to have a nice city and neighborhood again.

  4. I'm just wondering . . . since politicians often prove their incompetence and can't seem to do what they were elected to do - keep the people safe by writing constitutional laws and enforcing them properly - why do we even keep politicians around? Since the theft of money by taxes does not seem to get the job accomplished, why aren't we eliminating both the job positions and the current job holders while concurrently reducing the theft perpetrated by those same people? When will we the people grow tired of their BS?

    2. Because the politicicans don't just steal from people, they also steal *for* people. Sure, they wet their beak on the transaction, but they move a lot of money from the unconnected to the connected and/or the useful. Thus, the connected/useful will always see to it that they're kept around, or if replaced, replaced by someone else who keeps the skim going.
